Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your Professional Safari Guide will come at 8:00 am and pick up from your hotel at Arusha. Heading to Tarangire National Park, a 120 Km drive takes 2-3hrs. Known for diverse landscapes and nine vegetation zones, it greets you with ancient Baobab trees, dwarfing even giraffes. The game drive lasts till late afternoon, pausing for a picnic lunch. Spanning 3,000 Sq Kms, it's named after the Tarangire river, drawing diverse wildlife including elephants, giraffes, lions, antelopes, and zebras. You might spot rare sightings like the tree-climbing python and long-necked Gerenuk. With the highest concentration of elephants, observe fascinating family interactions. Capture these moments with your camera. Afterward, return to your camp/lodge for a delicious dinner and a good night's sleep, preparing for tomorrow's adventure.

Day 2: Tarangire Area to Serengeti National Park

Earlier in the morning after breakfast you will be picked up from the lodge and Drive to Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu then Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa - the endless of Serengeti National park, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti's species. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park.

Day 3: Central Serengeti to North Serengeti

After Breakfast you will depart to morning game drive in the central portion of the Serengeti National Park today and move towards the northern part of the park. The en-route game drive towards the Kogatende region will offer mild action from resident game. As you approach the northern part of the Serengeti, you will notice the terrain change from the usual plain grassland to a more hilly and broken terrain. The northern region offers a variety of resident game such zebras, topi, gazelle, buffaloes, leopards and lions. A picnic lunch will be done during the day long drive itself. Based on the time of your arrival you will able to spend a few hours by the Mara River. The eventful day comes to an end with a heavy dinner and a good night’s rest in your accommodation.

Day 4: Full Game Drive in Northern Serengeti

After Breakfast you will depart for full day game drives in northern Serengeti towards the mara River which is famous for River Crossing Safari In the months between mid-june to September the migration can be found in this region. From mid-June to September, the Mara River in this region offers the most dramatic river crossing of the great migration. Fierce, deep and heavily rain fed the river takes an enormous toll on the migrating wildebeest. Watching the wildebeest surging through the torrential flow, some drowning and a few falling prey to lurking crocodiles is an unforgettable sight. If it’s your lucky day you will be able to witness this natural wonder and watch nature take its course. Tracing the great migration you might even move towards the Lobo valley. Late evening you will be driven back to the camp for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 5: North Serengeti to Central Serengeti

After breakfast, enjoy a half-day game drive in Northern Serengeti before heading south towards central Serengeti. The 3-hour drive offers mild en-route game viewing, passing through hill country, the Lobo area, woodlands, and back into the Seronera terrain. The central Serengeti, known as the Seronera area, boasts rich wildlife habitats centered around the Seronera River. Look out for numerous lion prides thriving here, providing excellent game viewing year-round. A picnic lunch will be provided during the day-long drive. The eventful day concludes with a hearty dinner and a restful night in your accommodation. Next, head towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Day 6: North Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, head to game drives in northern Serengeti, particularly during mid-June to September when the migration is present. Witness the dramatic Mara River crossing, where wildebeests face perilous challenges from the fierce, rain-fed river, including drowning and crocodile attacks. If lucky, observe this natural spectacle unfold. Follow the migration path towards the Lobo valley, known for its diverse landscapes and abundant big cat sightings. During the dry season, permanent water sources attract resident and migratory animals, providing excellent game viewing opportunities. Enjoy a picnic lunch during the full-day game drive. Later, proceed towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area via Central Serengeti. Conclude the day with a delicious dinner and a comfortable rest at your chosen accommodation.

Day 7: Safari in Ngorongoro Crater to Karatu

Get up Earlier in the morning around 6:00am for Breakfast then descend to the crater floor for game drive. You can expect to see lions, elephants, Zebras, Hippos, Flamingos, Jackals, Rhinos Antelopes and many birds. The birds seen here include eagle, vulture, and flamingos in the Crater Lake, stork, bats, giant vulture, sacred ibis, kori bustard, blacksmith plover, long necked heron and the cattle eagle. Post the picnic lunch at the beautiful Hippo pool, you will begin a steep ascend to the top exit of the crater. With a 2hr drive left to Karatu the day will come to a close, late afternoon you will be driven to Farm of Deams Lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 8: Game Drive in Lake Mnayara National Park and Drive to Arusha

The last day of your safari starts at 7:30 AM after breakfast. Then you will departs for Lake Manyara National Park where you will have a half day game drive, lush forests of Acacia and Mahogany trees begin to set the mood for what is waiting ahead. The game drive will go on till mid-afternoon with a small break for a picnic lunch. During the game drive watch out for buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, baboons and the blue monkeys. Another spectacle of the Lake Manyara National park is the tree climbing lions, however spotting them is a game of luck. In the right season, you can see the shoreline turning pink with millions of flamingos flocking there. After Lunch at the Picnic site in Lake Manyara National park you will be heading back to Arusha where you will droped off at Arusha airport or your accommodation in Arusha.
